This was an exercise for my Design class in which each student had to design a 16 page brochure about a randomly selected topic based on a list made by the professors. The individual brochures, which had to include a diagram about the topic, would then be bound together to create a book, which meant that each student could only use black and white on their work to keep the brochures uniform. We were, however, allowed to choose the type and colour of paper used.
My topic was Globalisation and the resulting brochure focuses on its impact on our society, as well as on the Anti and Alter-Globalisation movements.
Creating this brochure was very satisfying because I had never worked with a colour limit and it was challenging to see how I could make it interesting without using colour, which is something that I love and rely on a lot in my projects.
